Today, people have relatively more agency and choice. They are more intentional about why in what, with whom, and when they engage and invest their time and energy. Unluckily, alumni or other member-based communities are not an exception to this criterion.
The key to engaging people is winning their hearts and, in turn, that of business through creating meaningful experiences. Doing so successfully necessitates more than adding a human layer to what we are already doing or have plans to do. It requires reframing the who, why, what, and how – trusting in the power of a human-centred experience design approach (when done well) to lead you to the best solutions for people and business. For many leaders and organizations, this approach is uncharted territory. Still, it is a worthy pursuit and has the potential to be transformative. Join us to learn more.
