The Haileybury Society appointed Aluminati to revamp and relaunch its online image and services from scratch – totally refreshing the brand and incorporating new online membership services. The Aluminati team created a new website, under the shorter and snappier domain hailsoc.net, and transformed its somewhat dated design into the 21st Century. HailSoc.net now provides Old Haileyburians (OHs) with up-to-date news and events information, regularly updated through the website’s Content Management System (CMS).
Integrated into the website is Aluminati’s “Email for Life” service as well as the valuable and practical membership portal, “ALUMINATE”. The new facilities have proved particularly popular with OHs who have registered in their thousands and can now use the service to network and contact each other.
The Haileybury Society is constantly striving to improve and build on its established community and, during 2012, a major system upgrade will result in the service adding a “Haileybury Digital Archives” section to share the extensive photo collection with the OH community.
The Haileybury Society contacted Aluminati when it was decided to modernise the Society’s previous static website. From our first meeting it was clear that he not only had the technical knowledge to deliver what we wanted but more importantly the vision to see what we would need in order to provide the service to our members, the data gathering capacity and database updating ability appropriate to an organisation ambitious to maintain its position as one of the best organised and extensive formal pupil networks in the country. The system has been custom built and delivered in its various phases on time and on budget. It includes the creation of an online community, news and events sections with the potential for online booking and likewise a sales section for a limited number of Society-specific goods. The back-up provided by Aluminati has been exemplary and they have made sure that they understand the ethos of the Society and the very broad nature of its church.
I would strongly recommend anyone to explore their online community requirements with Aluminati who have the expertise to provide a great deal.

Aluminati was chosen by the Haileybury Society some years ago, as Daniel Watts is a former pupil of the school (Haileybury), to enable our Society’s members to benefit from Daniel’s expert knowledge in this field, and to support his entrepreneurial talent.
Daniel and his team offer comprehensive, prompt, patient and personal attention and they have always worked hard to meet our requirements in both a changing technological world and through transitional strategic and governance changes within our organisation. Aluminati’s level of service and communication skills are highly commendable and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other organisations requiring a communication platform for alumni groups.
