Roger Garner, Systems Manager

Roger joined the company in 2005 as a Systems Developer and now fills a central role in the running of Aluminati's technical systems. Responsible for the development and smooth operation of Aluminati's software based systems, he is also tasked with developing new functionality and keeping abreast with new technologies and techniques. Roger is the main point of contact for clients with technical questions and regularly works closely with clients' development teams on sophisticated integrations.

Melanie Staley, Accounts and Logistics Manager

Having completed her AAT qualification, Melanie joined Aluminati and is responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting and credit control for the company. Mel is also responsible for the logistics involved with ensuring that our imports business runs smoothly and our shipments arrive on time.

Julia Wu, Procurement Manager (China)

Julia heads up our Shanghai sourcing operation. With over 20 years experience dealing with Chinese industry, Julia helps us find the best manufacturers for the products that we supply. She leads a dedicated team including Wendy (Logistics, Production), Amy (New Supplier Research) and Grace (Quality Control and Assurance). Together they guarantee the reliable flow of exceptional value, high quality goods for our customers.

Joanne Buxton, Systems Developer

Jo joined the company in to boost our capacity to develop new online systems. A graduate in Physics and Information Systems, Jo spent a year in China before returning to join Aluminati. She now spends her time creating exciting new functions for our membership and has a penchant for growing plants in pots on our office window sill.

Christian Mayne, Systems Developer

Christian joins Aluminati to expand our development capability and accelerate the rate at which we can bring enhanced functionality to our members. With a background in IT Consultancy at Logica, and business through running his own start-up, Christian brings a mix of technical ability and real-world awareness to the team.

Andi Sherratt, Systems Administrator

With 15 years' experience in the industry, Andi fulfills the critical Systems Administrator role and ensures that our server infrastructure remains available despite constant growth. A true dedicated hero, Andi responds any time of night or day to ensure that any problems are resolved immediately.

Iain Hobbs, Systems Administrator

Iain joins Aluminati to help maintain the stability and reliability of Aluminati's servers as well as to help plan future expansion. Iain brings over 10 years IT experience including working at one of the world's largest internet services corporations.

Aidan Roach, Designer

Based in Edinburgh, Aidan is responsible for fulfilling all design requirements online and creates the company's marketing materials. With two degrees in design, Aidan is our creative spark and ensures we always look as good as the quality we provide.

Emily Grant, Customer Support Officer and Accounts Assistant

Emily is the person our members go to for support. With a strong background in online communities and culture, Emily is able to cheerfully explain, educate and, from time to time, inspire, with her brilliant illustrations that are showcased in our Christmas cards!

Janette Hatton, Office Manager

Janette is responsible for general office duties. Besides being a pillar of our office community she is, more than likely, the owner of the friendly voice you will hear if you call.
