A Respectful Attitude

At Aluminati, we believe that the most important quality a person or company can have is a good attitude. Such a quality enormously helps to establish the relationships which form the bedrock of a successful company and to create a solid reputation, essential for future growth. We will never partake in any dubious activities, such as hidden charges, awkward small print or incomprehensible terminology. We will always strive to put the customer first - and we mean this literally. Customer projects are always prioritised ahead of internal projects, and customer emails are always answered first.

Genuinely Useful Products

We hate products that promise everything but deliver nothing. We abhor overpriced services that only seem to deliver hazy, ill-defined benefits. All of our products and services have been carefully created, specifically to deliver a positive benefit and/or to solve a particular problem. We intend our products to sell themselves and to avoid, at all costs, the need for a sales team which tries to sell something that the customer neither wants nor needs. At every opportunity we show the customer total transparency - via regular, detailed reporting and statistics - which enables the customer to evaluate the particular benefits of products and services. Enjoyable and Friendly Service

How often do you enjoy contacting a customer services department? The sad fact is that, most of the time, it is a time-consuming, unpleasant, and often painful, experience. At Aluminati, we strive not just to make it bearable, but to actually make it enjoyable! We do not use "select your option" telephone answering systems; we do not use "boilerplate" response templates. We ensure that the customer receives prompt and considered responses from highly trained, experienced professionals who are regularly and rigorously assessed on the quality of their answers, rather than the quantity or words. Resulting from this inherent philosophy, it is not uncommon for customer communications to continue on a friend-to-friend basis, long after the actual problem has been solved!
